 Payments:

 

Payments are due at the time of order. If you do not pay within 2 days after your order, we will cancel your order and no longer be able to provide our services.

 

2. Cancellation:

 

You may cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase without penalty or cost to you. After 30 days, you may not cancel your order. If you cancel your order after 30 days and have already paid for it, we will refund the amount you paid minus a 10% cancellation fee.

 

3. Refunds:

 

If you are unsatisfied with the services provided by Rod Perry Ministries, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. Refunds will only be issued if the problem is resolved within 30 days of purchase, if no progress has been made on resolving the issue after 30 days, there will be no refunds issued unless agreed upon in writing between both parties beforehand (e-mail).
